Pasta di Guy is a fast casual Italian themed eatery. We specialize in made from scratch pasta dishes, each made to order using only the freshest ingredients. The menu includes fresh pasta, sauces, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. We started as a food truck in 2019. From the beginning, Chef Guy knew he wanted to open a restaurant with the same concept—a fast paced fresh pasta restaurant with many options. In August 2020 we opened our first location in Wesley Chapel, Florida. After a successful year, In July 2022 we opened our second location in Trinity, Florida. In January 2024 we opened Our third location, in Fort Wayne, Indiana! Chief Guy attended the most prestigious culinary school in the world—Le Cordon Bleu, in London. He then worked in kitchens as a chef around the UK—including a Michelin Star restaurant before opening his own restaurant. We now offer catering in our Fort Wayne restaurant for the holidays on our website.
